We are grateful to be a part of the amazing Portland community, and we strongly believe that we have a duty to give back.
Our active involvement consists of contributions to several initiatives ranging from health and medical research to public services.
We sponsor St Jude Children's Hospital and have raised over $3,000
Our past involvement has consisted of several initiatives alongside the American Cancer Society, which have directly improved cancer screening and cancer-related outcomes within the community.
For the entire month of October, we are participating in the Real Men Wear Pink Initiative. When you stop by the office, you'll see us wearing pink to help raise breast cancer awareness.
It's essential that everyone, including men, remains highly involved in working toward better outcomes for those affected by breast cancer.
Breast cancer isn't just a women's issue. Approximately 2,600 men are diagnosed with breast cancer in the US each year and so are 280,000 sisters, mothers, and daughters.
Do your part by wearing pink and spreading awareness for breast cancer, or join our contribution to the American Cancer Society.
The wonderful folks at KOIN-6 TV had us on their morning show to talk about Real Men Wear Pink and our involvement. Watch the segment below.
We are also sponsoring the Portland Hope Gala, which takes place on November 14 and is hosted by the American Cancer Society.
Purchase tickets for the digital event, and funds will go directly toward the American Cancer Society.
